We had a great experience at this hotel. Best aspects were the amazing restaurant, clean and comfortable room, and beautiful location by the river with a scenic view of the town. The staff were also very friendly.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location with a beautiful view. the restaurant provided fantastic food with an extensive menu to choose from. the walkway along the Elba was a treat and added to the overall experience.
The staff was unhelpful and unresponsive. the amenities in the room were minimal, with no coffee service or air conditioning, which made it challenging to sleep.

The hotel is located in a picturesque spot, with views of the castle and church. the restaurant has good food and there is a walkway along the Elba. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with some having great views of the river.
The staff can be unfriendly and the lighting in some rooms is poor.

The restaurant had a wide range of food options, with menus in different languages available. The location of the hotel was excellent, providing easy access to the river and scenic views. the rooms were spacious and well-designed, offering a comfortable place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing.
The staff could be more accommodating, as we found it difficult to get assistance with certain requests. , the hotel did not offer basic amenities that are typically expected, such as in-room safes and coffee service.
